am so so relieved that my self premonition-ed 2 year valentine curse didnt come true after all. upon getting the furballs' daily pellets, we popped by serangoon garden for a quiet belated dinner. even though i was secretly eyeing the mushroom hotpot restaurant, the denn failed to notice and we eventually ended up in borshch russian steakhouse. nonetheless, i thoroughly enjoyed my cold shrimp appetizer and chicken shashlik. more capsium please ! -slurp ²-
 ... however the Peach Melba's portion was a tad bit miserable and his banana fancy pancake wasnt very appealing.

our much intended tranquil dinner also ended with a  $50 double yellow-line fine o.o

    Thomas Wheeler, CEO of the Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company, and his wife were driving along an interstate highway when he noticed that their car was low on gas. Wheeler got off the highway at the next exit and soon found a rundown gas station with just one gas pump. He asked the lone attendant to fill the tank and checked the oil, then went for a little walk around the station to stretch his legs.

    As he was returning to the car, he noticed that the attendant and his wife were engaged in an animated conversation. The conversation stopped as he paid the attendant. But as he was getting back into the car, he saw the attendant wave and heard him say, "It was great talking to you".

    As they drove out of the station, Wheeler asked his wife if she knew the man. She readily admitted she did. They had gone to high school together and had dated steadily for about a year.

    "Boy, were you lucky that i came along," bragged Wheeler. "If you had married him, you'd be the wife of a gas station attendant instead of the wife of a chief executive office."

    "My dear," replied his wife, "if I had married him, he'd be the chief executive office and you'd be the gas station attendant."

been online shopping these days. darn therapeutic ^^

it took me 3 missed rounds of  bidding to straighten out my thoughts and finally decide on which lvl 5000 module to take 'coz according to numerous consulted sources, its basically suicide anyway. just gotta chose the right one with a lowest mortality rate.
the last lvl 4000 design mod almost killed donny, peishan, chris and i, so we suppose 5000 will be insanely hard.
but hell ... its my last semester in nus. might as well give it one good shot.
and, so am praying very hard for Serious Gaming and Educational Technology. its kinda crafted for " CNM, FASS, and SoC graduate students."  so i might just

a brand new year.
the next 5 months will mark the final semester in bloody nus.
and i'll have to attempt to whip up some decent career after graduation.
for the next 30 years, i might just have to work to pay the bills and probably slave till death. if it really happens, i hope i wont live for too long ...

anyway, 2007's been real great.
so lets hope that the next will be awesome for everyone too.

may the stocks rise, employment rates be healthy, COE system crash, all stray bunnies [and other furries] find a good home, coco conquer A.Maths
and both my folks + lovely furballs 長命百歲 ^^
